RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
At Cuddles Kids Bedding Boutique, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We take care and consideration in selecting quality designers and manufacturers who stand behind the qualtiy and craftsmanship of their work. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns or are unhappy with your purchase. All custom orders are unreturnable due to the custom nature of the product. In addition, hygiene related products (ie: potty chairs, feeding sets, clothing) are also unreturnable due to the obvious health related issues. Please see below for additional information on these issues. For some of our products, the manufacturer has dictated "All Sales are Final" unless the item is defective or damaged. Again, please contact us to discuss prior to returning your item.
GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT:
* Contact to discuss your return/exchange must be made by email or voicemail within 7 days and the item returned no later than 30 days after purchase.
* Some of our manufacturers do allow returns within a limited time frame, but the item must be unopened, unused and in its original condition.
* We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping.
* A restocking fee of 15% to 20% depending on the product will be applied to all returns.
* Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.
* Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and credit request to be processed
* Restocking fees may apply and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please email us at cheryl@cuddleskidsbedding.com or call 1-877-782-8251 with questions regarding return or exchange of a specific product.
For all POTTY TRAINING PRODUCTS:
To ensure product integrity AND for health, hygiene and sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on any kind of personal items such as potty training pants, potty seats, potty chairs, urinals -anything that may have come in contact with urine or feces.
* For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that it has been used, installed or applied. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been assembled, unsealed videos, DVDs and CDs and any personalized items.
* New and unused means saleable condition, not used, worn or dirty.
* We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping.
* A restocking fee of 15% up to a maximum of $8 will be applied to all returns.
* Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

LE VELE BEDDING RETURN POLICY:
Returns, order cancelations and refusals of delivery are subject to a $15.00 processing fee plus the actual shipping cost for the return.
All returns must be in the original box and unused condition and must obtain an RMA number before we accept them.
You must contact us within 3 business days from the delivery date and obtain an authorization (RMA) for return. We then email you a PDF format UPS shipping label which you will forward to your customer to print and paste on the shipping box to return the merchandize using the UPS Ground delivery service.
Once we receive the return merchandize we will insure it is in gunused conditionh and we will credit your account within 10 business days.
Merchandise must be return within 15 days from the shipping date.
FRECKLES BEDDING RETURN POLICY:
RETURN POLICY
1. At this time all Freckles products are serviced from our vendor in Canada. For this reason, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". In the rare occasion that you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your order. Please email us at info@cuddleskidsbedding.com and we will facilitate the proper exchange so that you can enjoy your order.
2. All requests must be made through written correspondence, sorry no verbal requests will be honored.
3. Goods must be in perfect conditions, freshly packed, never used or washed and be able to resale
4. No discontinued items (patterns)
5. All items are subject for inspection. If goods are not in good conditions, credit will be denied. Goods will be returned to the customer or donate to a local charity.
AMERICAN RETRO:
All American Retro Pedal Cars and Accessories have packaging that is designed especially for each specific item. We can not accept any merchandise that is not in original packaging. Items are not accepted without an RA# (Return Authorization Number) which is provided by the manufacturer. Please contact info@cuddleskidsbedding.com to inquire about a return and to receive your RA number prior to making your return. Also, when requesting RA#'s please provide as much detail of the issue as possible. This helps our service dept when examining the merchandise (images are helpful). Please be advise if any merchandise is returned and no damage is apparent you will be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as any return shipping costs.
